Compeed Blister Plasters relieve the pain of blisters while proving an optimal healing environment. Blisters are small, fluid filled pockets that are typically caused by your skin rubbing against your shoes. They can also be caused by:

How do Compeed Blister Plasters work?

Compeed Blister Plasters provide a protective layer over the blister, to reduce friction and prevent pain. They also use something called hydrocolloid technology, a protective gel which contains moisture-absorbing particles. These absorb fluid from the wound to create and maintain an optimal, moist environment, which promotes faster healing. These blister plasters can also be used to prevent you from getting blisters in the first place. For example, if you’re wearing a new pair of shoes and trying to “break them in”.

How to use Compeed Blister Plasters

To use Compeed Blister Plasters:

1. Clean and dry your skin (if you’ve used any creams or oils, make sure they’re removed).
2. Take the paper off the bottom of the plaster (avoid touching the adhesive side).
3. Apply the plaster over the blister, ensuring the edges are firmly pressed down.
4. Leave the plaster in place, until it starts to pull away from the skin naturally. This could be in a few days’ time.

Although it may be tempting, you should never burst a blister. This could lead to an infection, or other problems. Simply apply a Compeed Blister Plaster and let it heal naturally.
